This luxurious underlay has excellent thermal insulation with a high tog rating of 3.3 est making it the best of its type, a high sound impact reduction rating  of 41 db for noise suppression, excellent compression recovery properties and a very high degree of comfort. Light and easy to handle, it cuts and fits with ease.  With a flexible backing for a quieter, smoother installation, this product is substantially quieter underfoot than some other brands of underlay.
