Description Often removed for paint work, and never refitted. This seal goes around the door check straps for the front cab doors on the A Pillar. Slightly different design to the (now obsolete) T3 Part, VW actually list this as a replacement for the correct seal on T3 models, but its never been “right”. We now have the correct one in the related items, so if you have a T3 thats the better option. The alternative one was also fitted to LT’s up to around 1980 These require glueing in place. Double sided tape of contact adhesive will be fine. They do come with some adhesive but, to be frank, it’s rubbish, just have it in your head that you’ll have to bond them on yourself and don’t moan at us the the adhesive supplied on them is gash!
